Here at Ilk Atelier we care about the wellbeing of our customers. All the necessary precautions and measures are being taken to keep customers safe.
Some of our products will be delivered to you directly from fulfilment centres and, on occasion, direct from our manufacturer’s or suppliers. We are in touch and regularly updated by our suppliers, who are following strict hygiene routines and social distancing for all warehouse and office staff.

COVID-19 - Courier Updates
Courier Service providers are following the UK Government, instructions and guidance.
- Contact free delivery is now standard.
- Our furniture delivery drivers are back to delivering large items of furniture to your room of choice if requested and with safety precautions and social distancing in place. Our crews will wear protective face masks and carry hand sanitiser / antibacterial wipes as additional hygiene measures when entering / exiting customers’ homes.
- We are asking customers and crews to respect the 2 metre social distancing rules currently in place when entering the premises.
- Collections of previously delivered items or exchange items can take place provided the customer has pre-wrapped the item adequately in advance back into the original packaging ready for collection or swap over.
