Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and the Channel Islands are not included in our large parcel and furniture delivery service. We apologise for any inconvenience – it may be that we can arrange transport, but it would be on a case-by-case basis with costs to be determined. If you require a quote please contact us here 

Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs and duties incurred during the delivery of your order.

 

For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers. 

 

Delivery Of Multiple Products 

Please Note: Multiple item orders may be shipped separately. They may arrive on different days, by different couriers, in separate packages. You will only be charged one delivery charge, even if your order is dispatched separately.

 

Direct Dispatch

We may arrange for items to be shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier. This information will appear on the "Delivery" tab of the product page. Where possible, when we have received dispatch confirmation from our suppliers, we will notify you with your tracking information to allow you to follow the progress of your delivery. In other cases, the carrier will contact you via SMS or telephone to provide you with delivery updates.

 

Tracking Deliveries

The majority of orders will come with tracking information. However, some of our direct dispatch suppliers may not offer this, please be assured that we have carefully selected suppliers that offer a prompt and reliable delivery service and communicate delivery by email, SMS or telephone. Please ensure that you supply a valid telephone number and that you monitor calls and messages after placing an order.

With our tracked courier service you will be able to monitor your parcel’s progress via the tracking number and the link in your order dispatch email. You may also be able to track your item through the nominated courier's platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery, checking both emails and SMS for delivery updates. Depending on the courier used, a safe place can often be assigned, or redelivery / collection arranged.

Please ensure that you monitor tracking details when provided and that you are available to accept delivery of your items on the day of delivery.

If the carrier contacts you directly to schedule delivery, please make sure you are available at the agreed-upon time.

 

Two Man Delivery

The delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date for our two man delivery products. Please ensure that you supply a valid telephone number and that you monitor calls and messages after placing an order.

In the event of a failed delivery, a cancellation or redelivery charge may be applied. Delivery of large items is made to the ground floor only for insurance purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items ordered will fit through your door. If delivery fails due to access issues, a cancellation or redelivery charge may be applied.

When your item arrives, please check it carefully before signing. We cannot replace it once it has been signed for. So please check carefully. 

If you are not satisfied with the condition on arrival, please do not sign. Refuse the item and contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will organise a replacement. 

 ** Free UK delivery does not apply to furniture, mirrors and other large heavy items. 

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to change your delivery address as some items are direct dispatch. However, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try our best. If we can change the address before dispatch, we will. 

 

Failed Delivery 

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address. If an incorrect postcode or address is provided to us and we are not notified of the revised address before the items are dispatched, then any additional costs to redirect to a new address or re-routing the parcel through a new courier depot are the responsibility of you the customer.

If goods are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or the customer's failure to communicate with the courier or collect goods when requested from the courier depot, we will refund the value of the goods less any costs charged to us by the courier to return the goods. A refund for one of the aforementioned reasons may be in the form of store credit. There will be an additional delivery charge should the customer request to re-deliver the goods. 

We will not accept liability for any loss to you caused by late, missing or damaged deliveries as a result of courier actions that are beyond our control.

 

 Damaged Goods

If when you receive your order you find it to be damaged or incorrect please contact us via email within 2 days of receipt.

Please do not sign for packages that are clearly damaged or opened.

  

 Out Of Stock Items

We are currently experiencing some delays in receiving stock as a result of Covid and its impact on the supply chain. Please bear with us and do get in touch if you would like to pre-order out-of-stock items. We have shipments coming in regularly and can offer dates for estimated arrival. Pre-order items will be despatched within 2-5 days of the restock date. We will keep you fully updated in the event of any delays.
