RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases from Ilk Atelier, however we understand that there may be an occasion where you will need to return goods to us.
 You can return your goods to us for a full refund. Just notify us here within 14 days of receiving your order.
You then have another 14 days to return the item to us. 

With the exception of manufacturing faults or goods damaged in transit, Ilk Atelier is not responsible for return postage or the costs associated with this. Postage charges for returned products are the full responsibility of the purchaser, and are non-refundable.

We are in the process of updating our returns system.
We can arrange medium/large parcel returns on behalf of the customer.
This return cost will be deducted from the refund.

We recommend that you return goods via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case an item is lost. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Postage charges for returned products are the full responsibility of the purchaser, and are non-refundable by ILK Atelier.
The returned Items must be unopened, unused, with all labels and tags in good condition with original packaging. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged for safe return. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging. Any items that are damaged and not in saleable condition when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund via your original method of payment. 
We are not legally required to accept returns on items that are personalised, custom/made-to-order products, or items that are sealed and not suitable for return due to hygiene / health & safety.
 
Returned goods found to be used, washed, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be returned to you. This also applies if an item has not been packaged properly and has been damaged in transit back to us. We may issue a partial refund via credit note at ILK Ateliers discretion.
Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging. All goods are your responsibility until they reach our return depot. Please ensure you package your return safely to prevent any damage to the goods and boxes.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
 Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email us photographs so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we have received pictures of the fault/damage and carried out our inspection, and the item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect or is not fit for purpose, we will offer you a replacement, a repair, or a refund.
DAMAGED RETURNS MUST NOT BE SENT TO THE RETURN DEPOT.
WE WILL ORGANISE A COLLECTION - Some items are sent direct to the manufacturer/supplier but they need the correct paper work, so please leave it to us. Please contact us here
 
REFUNDS
We will notify you once the return is received and inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached the warehouse. However, returns can take up to 14 to 21 days to be processed during the busy periods.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
  
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item as some Items sell out quickly.
