The fabulous hand plaited seagrass tote bag is the perfect summer bag to take you from beach to market. Made from natural woven seagrass in a stunning plaited design with stylish woven handles, it's available in 2 sizes - large and small. The small basket fits easily inside the large (available separately)for easy storage. 

Beautifully handmade in Vietnam by talented artisans, using traditional tools and techniques. each piece is completely unique In a lovely soft, natural finish, these baskets are made from seagrass exclusively for Also home by Artisans who plait strands of seagrass into wonderful wide strips which are then woven together. When the seagrass is picked from the fields, it starts off green, but as it dries, it turns into a lovely soft natural colour. Being hand made, each basket is unique and may differ slightly from piece to piece with small imperfections a charming reminder of its humble process.
